Earrings: gift {love these} | Heels: DSW
Audrey Hepburn is one of my favorite actresses and fashion inspirations. My look above was inspired by her character Princess Ann in Roman Holiday. I paired the mid-length skirt with a basic tank, denim jacket, minimal accessories, and neutral pumps. I wanted to maintain the colorful skirt as the focal point of my outfit. You can find many options at your local retailer, try a printed skirt it’s a great conversational piece.
This look is perfect for an afternoon stroll or enjoying Sunday brunch with friends.

As my “Pants Challenge: 1 Pant – 3 Looks” comes to an end, I styled my look with the classic chambray shirt. If you currently do not have this piece in your wardrobe, I highly recommend it. Whether I am getting ready for a day of travel or simply running errands, this is my signature look. As for accessories I added a floral statement necklace, gold flats and crossbody bag.
I hope you’ve enjoyed my pants challenge and most importantly found it resourceful. I challenge you to pair three looks with your favorite pants!
Trending Tracy Tip: To give your look a bit more style half tuck top into pants and cuff\roll sleeves.

Happy Friday my fellow travel friends! As we can all relate you’re in the midst of packing and monitoring for weather updates. Unless your headed for a tropical vacation, trust me when I say to prepare for the unexpected rainy days or cool nights.
Which brings me to Look #2 of “Pants Challenge: 1 Pant – 3 Looks.” Even with Spring in bloom, I make it a point to pack a cozy sweater for warmth. In rain or shine I always look forward to an evening out, it’s only appropriate to pair these Mango pants with an ankle boot for style. In addition, pack a pair of sunglasses for when the sun decides to make an appearance!
Wishing you a wonderful weekend & safe travels!

To say I love traveling would be an understatement. If you follow me on instagram: @trending_tracy you’ll notice my recent trips have included Ireland, Spain and Italy. With airline companies charging per luggage checked, I have skillfully mastered packing for all weather conditions.
This brings me to my “Pants Challenge: 1 Pant – 3 Looks.” I plan to style these Mango pants three different ways. The first look inspired by Spring, I paired with a light weight blouse, bright cardigan and flats for an afternoon of sightseeing. As for those cool nights, throw on a scarf to keep warm.
If you have travel plans in the near future I hope you’ll find my pant challenge as inspiration for your getaway. Most importantly, leave additional space for souvenirs!

When it comes to personal style I love to experiment with adding new pieces to my wardrobe. In my recent travels throughout the streets of Madrid, Spain I could not resist spotting this elongated coat. It was a moment of……”I must find now!” My boyfriend would laugh or be seriously impressed at all the different outfit pairings I could come up with in a matter of two minutes. Impressive, if you ask me! On a serious note, I am petite so my only reservation was finding one that was not to overwhelming. I found this one at a local retailer Stradivarius and fit like a charm. This look can be worn as a travel look or just running errands. I styled this outfit with the comfort of a tunic (top) and leggings.
Tracy’s Trend Tip: A basic white tee, slim-boyfriend {dark-wash} denim and white converse for an even more relaxed look.

Sweater: Irish Brand {alternative} | Jeans: LOFT | Bag: Marc by Marc Jacobs |
Shoes: Coach | Earrings: LOFT
As a first time traveler to the land of Ireland, nothing could prepare me for the brisk cold weather besides my winter’s spent in the Midwest. In my process of keeping warm, I could not resist picking up a traditional handmade wool sweater at a nearby boutique. An idyllic boutique in Doolin, Ireland (countryside destination) offered a great selection for men and women. After trying on more than a few I decided upon this bright red turtleneck, also known by the locals as a “Jumper.” The jumper paired with a skinny denim and boat shoes for comfort.

Hola from Spain! As I traveled along the streets of Madrid, I could not resist roaming the Calle de Serrano. No introduction needed with locals or fashion admirers afar this street holds some high-end designer stores. Max & Co. was one of my favorites displayed with a balance of colorful and neutral delights. Max & Co. is a retail brand that stems from Max Mara Fashion Group with multiple locations, even one housed in San Francisco. Not conveniently close? No worries, make sure to check out their website for an online browse {here}. You’ll find some great inspiration to start your spring wardrobe off on the right step. Happy Monday.

Paris Fashion Week is underway and I wait in anticipation to see what designers are presenting on the runway. As someone who is detail-oriented I pay close attention to fabrics, silhouettes, hemlines, textures, and most importantly the story each designer is trying to covey to its audience. I was mesmerized by Dries Van Noten Fall 2015 Collection, it was feminine and styled beautifully. I instantaneously gravitated towards the jacquard pieces, a fabric that is timeless in fall.
My look above was inspired from his collection. I styled this look with simplicity in mind, no doubt when fall/autumn come around I plan to pair with a cream faux-fur vest. Below you’ll find a few of my favorite looks.
